New Client Waiver (Signature Required)

To our new Like the River customers:
Please take note of the following policy below, as well as our signature-required waiver to conduct services.
POLICY
- All new clients are required to book a consultation appointment with a Like The River hairstylist, prior to their first service. The consultation fee is $50.00 and is a separate charge from the scheduled hair services. The fee must be paid at the time of booking the consultation appointment. All clients of the salon must have a credit card on file in order to make an appointment.
- As determined by the salon, a $50.00 deposit may be required to reserve an appointment for clients, and for clients who have not visited the salon in more than six months. This deposit will be applied toward the balance of your services. All clients of the salon must have a credit card on file in order to make an appointment.
- Walk-ins are not allowed. Client visitors/guests or children under 13 years old are not allowed.
- A notification period of at least 24-hours prior to your scheduled service is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment, via salon phone call and/or voicemail. No shows, late arrivals (after the grace period of 10 minutes) and late cancellations (less than 24-hour notice) will result in an automatic charge to the card on file for 100% of the services booked.
- New client appointments scheduled online will require a signature of our waiver below before proceeding to request and confirm an appointment. Failure to sign the waiver will result in an unconfirmed appointment and refusal of service.
- New client appointments scheduled over the phone will require a waiver to be signed upon your arrival. Failure to sign the waiver will result in an unconfirmed appointment and refusal of service.
- A credit card is required to be securely held on file for you and charged appropriately for any failure to adhere to salon policies outlined above and via the website.
