New Client Waiver (Signature Required)

For new Like The River Salon clients:

Please take note of the following policy, as well as our signature-required waiver prior to receiving services.

POLICY

  • All new clients are required to book a consultation appointment with a hairstylist, prior to their first service. The consultation fee is $50.00. This fee does not apply towards hair services. The fee must be paid at the time of booking. All clients of the salon must have a credit card on file in order to make an appointment. Same day services are possible pending stylists assessment.
  • A $50.00 deposit may be required to reserve an appointment for clients who have not visited the salon in more than six months. This deposit will be applied towards the balance of your services.
  • We do not accept walk-ins. Clients are not allowed to bring guests or children unless they are being serviced.
  • We require 24-hour advance notice to cancel, change or reschedule an appointment. Phone call or email are acceptable forms of communication. No shows, late arrivals (after the grace period of 10 minutes) and late cancellations (less than 24-hour notice) will result in an automatic charge to the card on file for 100% of the services booked.
  • New client appointments requested online will require a signature of our waiver below. Please note: All appointments booked online are requests only. A client coordinator will call to confirm your appointment.
  • New client appointments scheduled over the phone will require a waiver to be signed prior to or upon your arrival.

WAIVER

I, (full name) have agreed to receive salon service(s) from Like The River Salon on . I understand that before any service may be performed, I agree to the following:

  • If required, a new client consultation ($50 service fee / non-refundable).
  • I am responsible for charges from Like The River Salon for failing to adhere to salon policies, including failing to timely cancel, change, or reschedule my appointment or any no calls/no shows.
  • I will cancel, change, or reschedule my appointment within 24 hours if I am not feeling well for any reason, or if I have contracted or been exposed to anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
